Every software engineer needs to be patience and persuasion because everyone should show respect to each teammate's ideas and share their different ideas to get the projects with a great improvement. 

Respect All

Everyone should respect everyone. No matter he or she is your supervisor, your colleagues, your subordinates, you should respect them all the time. A simple greeting is a good start to respect others and can make one happy.
